Galeth Veredeth nods at A sword maiden.
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘How have your travels been?’
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘I trust you serve Tunare faithfully?’
A sword maiden says, ‘My travels have been long.. Is good to see this fair city once again.’
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘King Tearis Thex is holding a banquet tonight, I would like you to attend as my guest if you are able.’
A sword maiden says, ‘I would be honored to join such a feast’
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘Please, follow me this way.’
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘M’lady, please feel free to converse with the commoners’
King Tearis Thex says, ‘Greetings all and welcome.’
Galeth Veredeth kneels before King Tearis Thex in humility and reverence.
King Tearis Thex says, ‘A pleasure as always Galeth. Thank you for attending.’
King Tearis Thex nods.
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘I would not miss it for the world. Please, take your rightful place on the steps’
A Bard strums her lute.
King Tearis Thex says, ‘Well, I must say, this isn’t much of a party. What say you all, shall we bring some song to this place?’
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘This way my king’

A sword maiden smiles at the wonderfull party.
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘Eat, drink and be merry, for tonight is merry indeed!’
A Bard says, ‘My Lord King, I beg your leave to perform for your pleasure.’
A Bard bows before King Tearis Thex.
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘Aye. And what have we here?’
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘Step forward bard and kneel to your king.’
A Bard kneels before King Tearis Thex in humility and reverence.
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘Very well then milady. At your convenience.’
A Bard smiles.
A Bard sings,Silver hair and armor bright.
Speaks to creatures of the night.
Whispers soft and smiles fair.
Gathers all the beasts of air.

Galeth Veredeth listens intently.

Mother’s chosen, bright of eye.
and pure of heart, the winds to sigh.
Take no lover such as he.
She’ll have no man, less poor me.

Galeth Veredeth steps between the king and the bard.
King Tearis Thex whispers to Galeth.
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘My king, slapping the bard is beneath you.’
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘Indeed. I have calmed.’
Galeth Veredeth hands the king his goblet of elven wine.
King Tearis Thex takes the goblet.
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘Well, perhaps other entertainment is in order.’
King Tearis Thex sips from the goblet.
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘Please everyone, enjoy yourselves.’
A chill wind blows through the city with an eerie moan.
King Tearis Thex stares in astonishment at the apparition.
King Tearis Thex face is twisted in horror and by the look on his face it appears as if he recognizes the features of his long dead wife.
Galeth Veredeth prepares to protect his king.
King Tearis Thex pales as he looks into the face of his queen he neglected many years ago whose death mattered so little that he never mourned her passing then.
Queen’s Ghost gazes sadly at the king.
Galeth Veredeth whispers hoarsely… The queen… it’s the ghost of the queen…!
Queen’s Ghost says in a monotone, ‘My daughter comes…..You spurned me, and I stole her from you, yet she returns to you now, when you need her.’
Galeth Veredeth stares in horror.
Queen’s Ghost continues, ‘Destroy her and you incur the wrath of Tunare, fir it is She who writes your destiny in the Book of Time. Welcome my daughter and you restore the glory that once was.’
King Tearis Thex shivers.
Queen’s Ghost vanishes suddenly and mysteriously.
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘Sire, there was a child born, while your wife lay in self-imposed exile. She was taken from teh castle under the dark of night, and hidden from you. ‘
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘It was Tunare’s will, sire. Nothing less.’
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘This child…who is she? Where is she? I must make amends! This ghost of my queen…her message, it is portentous indeed! I must find my daughter!’
Galeth Veredeth gazes into the crowd.
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘Sire, I beg thee, do embrace your daughter when I reveal her.’
Galeth Veredeth looks intently at the King.
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘Tell me Galeth, how long have you known of this?’
King Tearis Thex sips from his goblet with shaking hands.
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘For some time my dear king, Tunare herself ordered me to assist in the deception. My humble apologies indeed, but it was the will of my God’
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘This I understand. Indeed the Mother works in mysterious ways.’
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘I am anxious to meet my daughter. Where be she?’
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘Your Highness, may I present your daughter.’
Galeth Veredeth motions at the sword maiden.
Galeth Veredeth says, ‘This is your daughter, Fironia Vie’
King Tearis Thex raises Firiona to her feet and holds her upper arms in both hands as he looks into her face.
A sword maiden kneels before King Tearis Thex in humility and reverence.
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘Stand My Child! Stand and take your place at my side!’
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘Yes, yes. I can see it. Your mother’s eyes.’
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘Oh how could she have kept you from me?’
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘But no matter…..’
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘this is cause for celebration indeed!’
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘Bards play! Actors act! All, drink!’

Tunare’s Voice resounds throughout the city, affirming her chosen one, saying “Know ye by this sign that FIriona Vie is she whom I have chosen”
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘A toast I make to thee Firiona!’
King Tearis Thex raises his goblet.
Galeth Veredeth raises his goblet.
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘For the return of those lost, and to those who shall stay so dear to my heart I toast thee!’
King Tearis Thex claps and takes a drink.
A sword maiden lifts a glass for the toast.
King Tearis Thex says, in Elvish, ‘Let us retire my dear, it has been quite an endeavor.’

EQ Players site reveals my sad, sad life January 3, 2006

I checked out the new EQ Players site ( http://eqplayers.station.sony.com/ ) and re-lived a little bit of my college years. Here are my /played times for all my characters.

Most expensive game ever. Anyway. The “Players” website idea comes straight from EverQuest 2, so I guess it proved to be profitable over there. (More than their Item Selling servers have made I’ll bet.) It’ll be interesting to see how this affects Allakhazam’s and other sites, who rely on providing item and spell stats for pay. My guess is they’ll be fine — compare Allakhazam and EQ Players results for any item.
